Early Careers Board

The LUNZ Hub Early Career Board (ECB) is a space for researchers and professionals involved in LUNZ to support one another through a range of activities, with the aim of stewarding a diverse network of future leaders.

Networking

The ECB will create opportunities for early career individuals to participate in peer-to-peer exchange, networking, and pursue their own joint activities.

Capacity building and mentorship

The ECB will facilitate opportunities for early career individuals to be mentored by senior individuals of the LUNZ Hub.

Integration with core LUNZ Hub activities

The ECB will advocate for and facilitate the involvement of early career individuals in core LUNZ Hub activities.

The LUNZ Hub ECB welcomes anyone with a learning mindset in an early stage of their professional development who is connected to any of the Hub workstreams.
