Siwan Howatson is the Head of Technical for Farming Connect, responsible for the delivery of the Demonstration Network and other knowledge transfer activities for farmers in Wales. Siwan has over nine years’ experience of delivering effective leadership to develop and deliver high-profile, cross-sectoral technical and knowledge exchange programmes, budget management and responsibility, and methods of knowledge exchange.
