Nick Millard

Nick Millard MRICS FAAV REV is a Chartered Surveyor and agricultural valuer who has combined a commercial career, where he was Chairman of a national property consultancy, with academic work. He has provided strategic and policy advice to a range of significant landowners including The Crown Estate and some 20 plus smallholding authorities in England and Wales. He has been involved in a number of research projects for DEFRA and the devolved administrations focusing particularly on the impact of land tenure on land use and management. He is a past President of the CAAV.
