Sustainable Food Trust

Marina works at the Sustainable Food Trust leading the Global Farm Metric UK trials, assessing farm sustainability across economic, environmental, ethical and social measures, to support the transition to sustainable farming.

She started her career as a chef in Argentina and after working in different restaurants around the world, began questioning her relationship with food and its impact on the planet.

Realising the potential of agriculture to address climate change and biodiversity loss, she felt a personal responsibility to help reconnect people with the land, shifting everyone’s relationship with food and fostering a deep understanding of its provenance, which is essential for our shared future.
