Jose is a visual anthropologist exploring the challenges of agricultural sustainability, food chains, and biodiversity loss, analysing their causes and potential solutions from a structural, sociocultural, and ecological perspectives. Through photography-led, participatory research methods, Jose seeks to understand, document, and represent the connections between people, land, and agricultural practices, examining how sustainable food systems, traditional knowledge, and technology can create actionable pathways for conservation.
