Richard is Head of People Conservation Science at the RSPB’s Centre for Conservation Science. An ecologist and ornithologist by training, his work has been increasingly interdisciplinary. He is now focussed on growing earth and social science capacity at RSPB, to complement existing natural science expertise. He is the Principal Investigator for JUSTLANZ.
