Anna is Professor of Consumer Behaviour at Reading’s School of Agriculture, Policy and Development. Her research focuses on food choice, behaviour change, and consumer trust in the food system to support healthier, more sustainable diets. She aims to understand the consumer’s role in land use change and the transition to net zero through behavioural science.
