Antonia Eastwood
Lead: Social Science Research on Food and Farming
RSPB
Antonia leads the social science research on food and farming at RSPB’s Centre for Conservation Science. Her main interest is the application of participatory and transdisciplinary research methods to better understand the social dimensions of biodiversity conservation, people-nature interactions and the sustainable management and governance of socio-ecological systems. She enjoys working together with stakeholders and communities to analyse problems, root causes and together co-develop solutions. Her current research looks at how to make the transition to more sustainable systems just for farmers and rural communities.
