Kairsty Topp

Kairsty Topp is a Professor of Agricultural Systems Modelling at SRUC. Her research interests focus on assessing the sustainability of agricultural systems by synthesising and analysing data and information from cropping and livestock systems. She has worked on national and pan-European projects. She is also interested in the role of home-produced protein sources for human, ruminant, and monogastric diets, thus reducing the need for imported protein.
