Dr. Christos Christodoulou is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Ruminant Nutrition at the University of Reading. His work focuses on the nutritional physiology of ruminants and the development of sustainable feeding strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve production efficiency. He holds an MSci in Agriculture (Animal Production) and an MSc in Animal Production from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as well as a PhD in Ruminant Nutrition from the Agricultural University of Athens. His research investigates the link between nutrition, rumen function, and animal metabolism to enhance the efficiency and resilience of ruminant production systems.
